House Rules

Noise and Neighbors
In keeping with the quiet nature of the neighborhood, we ask that you adhere to quiet hours from 10pm-7am. Please minimize loud conversation, music, and general noise after 10:00pm. If security or the police are called due to noise, we will be forced to evict you and charge you with any fines associated with it.

No Parties!
This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance, therefore, we ask that no parties be allowed.

No Smoking
No smoking is allowed in the property. If smoking does occur on the premises, you may be evicted and held financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.

Pets
We allow dogs in the home, there is a $50 fee per trip for the pets. Please pick up after your pet in the yard and limit their time on the furniture. We also ask that you do your best to pick up after the dog hair.

The space
**PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK THE DRIVEWAY AS IT IS RESERVED FOR THE TENANTS OF THE GARAGE IN THE BACK**
The house has four bedrooms, two of which have queen sized beds and the other two have king sized beds. Each bedroom has a TV in it with a Roku so you can sign into all your streaming services. There are two bathrooms. There is a continuous water heater so nobody will have to take a cold shower. One bathroom has a bathtub while the other bathroom has a walk-in two-person shower with five shower heads – One regular shower head, two body nozzles, and two overhead rain cans. There is a washer and dryer for your use as well.
The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with all the basic cooking and dining ware necessary for your stay. We also provide coffee, tea, and basic cooking goods to enhance your stay.
Outside you will find a covered deck with a grill, bench swing, and fire pit.
The house has two parking spots in the front of the house. It is ten minutes from Walmart, Starbucks, and the hospital, and just five minutes from the nearest grocery store. In the summer, enjoy Fridays at the Depot (also ten minutes away).
We have remote and code operated access to the home for self-entry. You will be sent the code before your arrival.
You will be provided with:
Bath towels
Hand towels
Wash cloths
2 Rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
Shampoo and Body wash in each bathroom
An extra set of sheets per bed
Keurig cups
Guest access
The entire house except various closets and the garage will be yours to enjoy.
The garage at the end of the driveway has been converted to an apartment, therefore the drive way parking has been reserved. Please utilize the street parking and the gravel in the front yard for your vehicles.
Additional notes
For the comfort and well-being of all guests, we regretfully ask that individuals with cats refrain from booking our property, as we have allergies to them. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for everyone.
